Job summary

Optimum Staffing, Inc. is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for regional deliveries. You will operate a sleeper tractor on regional routes, hauling flatbeds or van trailers, with a 4:00 AM start and 8–10 hour shifts. Enjoy paid weekly earnings and overtime after 40 hours, with up to six stops per day and occasional overnight layovers.

Each shift requires pre/post trip inspections, DOT compliance, accurate paperwork, and a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 24 months of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Comfortable operating flatbed and 53′ van trailers.
• Ability to handle light-touch freight and multiple stops daily.
• Occasional overnight layovers may be required.
• Strong safety record and dependable attendance.
• Pass DOT Physical, Drug Screen, Background Check, and MVR Review.
