Job summary

Ecology Auto Parts, Inc. in Chula Vista, CA is seeking a Class A End Dump Driver to safely operate end dump trailers, load and deliver materials, and adhere to DOT regulations and company safety standards.

You will report to the Operations Manager, work Mon-Fri 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM with some Saturdays, and maintain accurate logs and delivery receipts while focusing on timely, compliant transportation and environmental stewardship.

Qualifications

• Requires Valid Class A CDL with endorsements for End Dump Trailers.
• Minimum of 2 years verifiable Class A Driver experience.
• Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Excellent communication and independent work ethic.
• Reliability and ability to meet delivery deadlines.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and logbook requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate end dump trailers safely to transport materials to designated locations.
• Follow traffic laws, regulations, and company policies for safe transportation.
• Inspect and maintain end dump trailers and report issues promptly.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently according to procedures.
• Complete logbooks and delivery receipts accurately and on time.
• Communicate with dispatch, teammates, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for safety compliance.
• Follow established routes and schedules, adjusting as needed.
