Job summary

RTI3, based in Powell, Wyoming, is hiring an OTR Class A CDL Dry Van Driver. The position offers $0.52–$0.64 per mile, with a $0.02 per mile raise after 6 months and an orientation pay of $500. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is paid out as $125 weekly for 12 weeks, plus a veterans bonus of $0.005 per mile for DD214 holders.

Detention, layover, breakdown, and stop pay options are available. The run is 21 days out with 4.5 days at home, not guaranteed on weekends, covering numerous states including MO,

Qualifications

• CDL-A is required to operate the vehicle.
• OTR experience preferred for long-haul routes.
• Ability to operate a dry van trailer across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A dry van tractor-trailer.
• Deliver freight and maintain safety and compliance.
• Coordinate detentions, layovers, and break-pay where applicable.
