Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is seeking regional and dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our Smyrna, TN operations. This role offers consistent lanes, competitive pay, and steady miles with home time options.

You will operate across TN, IL, OH, and NC with home-time flexibility and a robust benefits package. Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer experience and a valid Class A CDL required; DOT medical card and drug screen, with new drivers welcome after completing the 120-hour trucking program.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 6 months of tractor-trailer experience.
• No DUI/OWI in the last 5 years.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• Current DOT Medical Card (minimum 1-year card).
• Must pass DOT drug screen.
• New Drivers Welcome (Class A CDL and a 120-hour trucking school certificate).

Pay & Compensation

• Tier 1 (0–6 Months of Service) $25.00/hour $0.56 CPM $11.00 stop-off pay
• Tier 2 (6–12 Months of Service) $26.00/hour $0.58 CPM $12.00 stop-off pay
• Tier 3 (1+ Year of Service) $27.00/hour $0.60 CPM $13.00 stop-off pay
