Pay & Compensation

• Tier 1 (0-6 Months of Service)
  $25.00/hour
  $0.56 CPM
  $11.00 stop-off pay
• Tier 2 (6-12 Months of Service)
  $26.00/hour
  $0.58 CPM
  $12.00 stop-off pay
• Tier 3 (1+ Year of Service)
  $27.00/hour
  $0.60 CPM
  $13.00 stop-off pay
