Job summary

Valor in Phoenix, AZ is seeking Class A drivers for a home-weekly dedicated account. You’ll start in PHX, run AZ, S. CAL, NV and UT, typically 2–4 stops per trailer, with pre-loaded trailers and liftgate returns.

Earn about $1500+ per week, paid as CPM plus $220 per trailer unload; home 34 hours weekly; full benefits after 60 days including PTO, medical, 401K with match. Candidates must live within 75 miles of Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson, or Salt Lake City, or 50 miles of San Diego.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Class A experience in the last year or 12 months total.
• No major moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 Class A CDL driving jobs in the last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on a dedicated route.
• Deliver to store locations in AZ, S. CAL, NV and UT.
• Take Roto Carts into stores and bring back empties; use liftgate for unload.
• Complete 2–4 stops per trailer and return to Phoenix for reloading.

Class A Drivers Home Weekly Dedicated Account (Full Time)
Types of Jobs: Dedicated Account

Class A drivers get home weekly on dedicated account that run AZ, S. CAL, NV and UT. Drivers average $1500+/WK and are home every week for a minimum of 34 hours. Full benefits start after 60 days.

Drivers will make pick up out of PHX and make deliveries to store locations in AZ, S. CAL, NV and UT. Drivers will take Roto Carts into the store and bring back empties from the previous delivery using the liftgate. Drivers will deliver 2-4 stops per trailer and then head back to location in PHX where trailer is pre-loaded and is hook and go.

Drivers are paid mix of CPM (.50CPM to .56CPM Based on Exp) and $220/Trailer unload. Average weekly pay is $1500+ with hard runners/workers making more.

Drivers can take truck home with them or have a secure location to park the truck.

Drivers are out for 5.5 days and home for their reset. Can not guarantee reset will be on the weekends.

Full benefits start after 60 days and include PTO, Medical, Detail, 401K with matching and more

Drivers must live within these areas to qualify:

• o75 miles of Las Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson or Salt Lake City
• o50 miles of San Diego

Requirements

Drivers must have 6 months of Class A Experience in the last year or 12 months

May not have more than 2 Class A CDL driving jobs in the last years.

No major moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last 3 years

No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 3 years with none of the following in the last 5 years: Rollover or Acciden with Transported injuries

Can not have been termed from last two jobs and can not have been termed for safety unless have had 6 months of clean driving since.
