Job summary

Blue Fox TR in Joliet, IL seeks Class A drivers for a dedicated account with home weekends. Earn $1,750–$2,270 per week on a two-schedule system, with some top performers exceeding $2,250+ weekly.

Pay is $0.82–$0.88 per CPM plus $340 per trailer unload, with full benefits after 60 days. Routes cover MN, MI, IN, IA, WI, IL and N. KY, with rest a minimum of 34 hours between trips and 3 turns per week.

Qualifications

• 6 months+ verifiable Class A experience in the last 12 months or 12 months in the last 24 months.
• No more than 2 Class A driving jobs in the last year.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months and no more than 3 in the last 3 years with none major (careless, inattentive, reckless).
• No more than three preventable accidents in the last three years as long as there was no injury or rollover and those incidents are 5 years old.
• If terminated from the last two jobs, you do not qualify; termination for stolen goods excludes candidacy. All others reviewed.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailers on a dedicated route, delivering to company stores.
• Unload boxes from trailers onto store conveyors; store personnel complete delivery into inventory.
• Maintain routines to ensure on-time, weekend-home schedules (Fri/Sat or Sun/Mon).
• Run two weekly schedules with weekend home time; average 3 turns per week with 1–4 stops per trailer.
• Adhere to safety, DOT, and company policies; participate in pre/post trip checks.
