Job summary

Quirch Foods, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Class A Driver in Houston, Texas. The position requires operating a CMV, handling loading/unloading, and maintaining DOT safety certifications.

You will ensure accuracy of deliveries, complete required paperwork, and provide excellent customer service on a daily basis. The ideal candidate has a valid Class A CDL, at least 1 year of commercial driving experience, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Must possess a valid interstate Medical Card.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds regularly.
• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen, Background Check).
• Meets DOT and company safety program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CMV for delivery of products in varying traffic and weather conditions.
• Perform required pre- and post-trip inspections; ensure product accuracy and submit invoices when required.
• Load and unload products for customers.
• Maintain required certifications by DOT and company safety program.
• Develop product/inventory knowledge and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
