Job summary

Final Mile Systems is seeking drivers for the overnight third shift on dedicated routes. Home daily with weekends off. This is a 1099 contractor role operating a tractor-trailer with a CDL and a minimum of 3 years driving experience.

Pay is $300 per day, with weekly direct deposit. No employee benefits. A driver must pass background and drug screenings, have a clean driving record, and possess a DOT medical card.

Overnight courier company seeking immediate hire.

Job Position Overview:

• Home every day and off weekends! Great Opportunity!
• Please note this is NOT to be a second job.
• We cannot guarantee the time you get off if the line hauls are late, and you will still be required to run the route.
• This is for the 3rd shift each day on dedicated routes.
• The work day starts Monday night and ends Saturday morning when the route is complete.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to pass a background check (we pull an extensive background check prior to hiring, for every applicant we plan on hiring).
• Must be able to pass a drug screening (you will be drug tested before being hired, and then randomly throughout employment, and in the instance of a vehicle accident/job accident).
• Must be able to show up on time each day without issue as these routes are time-sensitive.
• Have a clean driving record.
• Must be of legal age or older.
• Must be able to pass a physical examination to acquire a DOT card. (You will have to pay for this).
• Must have access to a good working smartphone.
• Must have reliable transportation to work daily.
• You will be in a tractor‑trailer.
• You will need a CDL for this position.
• Driving experience is a must, 3 years minimum.
• Applicant's resume should display a strong work history with good references on the applicant's previous work ethic.
• No benefits as this will be 1099 contractor work.
• But you will receive tax write‑off incentives so as to not have taxes due. Paid weekly with direct deposit.
