Total Transportation & Distribution is seeking an experienced Class A Driver to join our team in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This role involves driving a tractor-trailer for inter-terminal moves, drop-and-hook, and LTL deliveries with a focus on safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Class A experience, a strong safety record, and the ability to operate a manual transmission. You will report to the operations team and collaborate with drivers and dock staff to ensure

• High school diploma or equivalent plus minimum of 2 years' experience.
• Experience with manual transmission.
• Clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer, including drop and hook operations.
• Transport freight between terminals, customers, and other locations as assigned.
• Perform LTL deliveries, including loading and unloading freight.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, including hours of service, weight, and size restrictions.
• Maintain accurate records, including logs and shipping documents.
• Provide excellent customer service, including communicating with customers and resolving issues professionally.
• Collaborate with other drivers, dockworkers, and operations personnel to ensure safe operations.
