Job summary

Quirch Foods is seeking a professional CDL A driver for local delivery in Kentucky. You will operate a commercial vehicle to deliver products, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and ensure accuracy of paperwork and invoices. Load, unload, and provide excellent customer service on every stop.

Role requires a clean driving record, valid interstate Medical Card, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds. Ongoing DOT safety training and compliance with company policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Must possess and present a valid non-expired interstate Medical Card.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or walk; and sit for long periods.
• Clear English communication for job and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CMV for delivery of products in various traffic and weather conditions.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections; ensure correct products on truck, complete paperwork, and collect/submit invoices as required.
• Load and unload products for customers.
• Maintain required DOT and company safety certifications.
• Develop product, inventory, and procedural knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.
