Job summary

Arrow Construction in Manteca, CA is hiring experienced Class A drivers for asphalt or concrete hauling and related labor tasks. Based at our office in Manteca, you will transport materials, perform pre/post-trip inspections, and assist with loading, unloading, and site work.

Candidates should have a valid California Class A license, be able to handle physical labor in hot or cold weather, and pass pre-employment checks. Benefits include health, dental, pension/401k, and safety incentives.

Qualifications

• Class A driver with asphalt/concrete hauling experience.
• Ability to load/unload equipment and tie down.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in heat/cold.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods and materials using heavy trucks or tractor-trailers and perform manual labor as needed.
• Drive long distances, follow traffic laws, and conduct pre/post-trip inspections.
• Ensure proper loading/unloading and assist with loading to meet weight limits and safety standards.
• Perform site clean-up, material handling, and assist with construction or maintenance projects when not driving.
• Maintain high physical stamina; operate hand tools and work in various weather conditions.
