Job summary

Charlie’s Produce is hiring in Anchorage for all shifts, including a night driving shift for dark drops. You will be primarily responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of produce to customers throughout the Anchorage region.

Essential responsibilities include verifying invoices, delivering palletized product with a hand truck, delivering excellent customer service, and handling credit memos or COD collections. Dash cam policy applies and vehicle upkeep is required.

Qualifications

• One year verifiable driving experience with a Class A AK Driver's License.
• Delivery experience preferred.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Clean Criminal Record.
• Current Medical Card.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to push/pull/lift up to 75lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Accurately check invoices as you make deliveries.
• Palletized product will be delivered to customers with hand truck.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Perform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each delivery.
• Assist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customers.
• Promote and maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude with colleagues.
• Must be comfortable operating a company vehicle equipped with an outward and driver facing dash cam.
• Adhere to company policy regarding dash cam usage and data privacy.
• Drivers are expected to maintain the functionality of their assigned vehicle's dash cam.
• All other duties as requested or assigned.
