0–12 Months CDL Experience: Min Pay: $25.00 - Max Pay: $26.00/hour
12–36+ Months Verifiable Experience Min Pay: $26.00 - Max pay: $30.00/hour
Flatbed Experience: Preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Shift: 1st Shift 4am to 6am start time MON-FRI

We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused CDL Class A Driver to deliver building products to customers throughout the local area. The ideal candidate will have strong driving skills, excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while following scheduled routes.
Drivers may operate tractors and trailers, curtain vans, flatbeds, doubles, and pup trailers depending on the assigned route and equipment.
Safely operate commercial vehicles in compliance with company policies and all applicable DOT, FMCSA, state, and federal regulations.
Deliver building materials to multiple customer locations while following planned routes and schedules.
Safely secure and tie down cargo using proper procedures.
Verify proper weight distribution and ensure products arrive safely without damage.
Assist customers with unloading materials when required and safely observe unloading activities.
Perform required pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections.
Check vehicle fluids, lights, tires, safety equipment, and other basic maintenance items.
Immediately report maintenance concerns, accidents, traffic violations, delays, or vehicle breakdowns to management.
Maintain accurate driver logs, mileage records, delivery receipts, inspection reports, and customer documentation.
Communicate regularly with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, route changes, and other issues.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle.
Follow all company safety policies and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Some routes may require driving in snow and chaining tires during winter weather.
Some routes may require overnight runs during the week. Company-paid meals and lodging are provided for overnight assignments.
Forklift duties may be assigned after completing required forklift training and certification.
Valid CDL Class A license.
Verifiable commercial driving experience.
Flatbed experience preferred; training available for the right candidate.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as required for job duties and safety regulations.
Knowledge of DOT and road safety regulations.
Ability to safely secure and transport building materials.
Ability to use GPS, road maps, route-planning tools, and ELD systems.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
