Cavalier Distributing Company in Indiana is seeking a Delivery Driver for a craft beverage distribution team. Enjoy a 4-day work week with a $1,500 sign-on bonus and competitive hourly pay. This role delivers beer, wine and other beverages to bars, restaurants, and retail accounts statewide in a box truck.

Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, clean MVR, strong customer service, and safety-minded driving. Occasional overnight hotel stays and a $50 per diem are provided.

Qualifications

• A valid, unexpired Class A CDL with a clean MVR.
• A thorough understanding of traffic laws and a commitment to defensive driving.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Basic numerical skills for order and delivery paperwork.
• Willingness to take and pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles safely and adhere to all INDOT safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Efficiently loading, unloading, and maneuvering product (weights generally between 30 and 165 pounds).
• Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting any safety issues immediately.
• Maintaining accurate paperwork and executing cash management duties with integrity.
• Providing exceptional customer relations that reflect our professional standards.
