Blue Fox TR in Phoenix, AZ is hiring Class A drivers for a dedicated account. Expect home two days each week and a 34-hour reset, with night driving on a Phoenix to Southern California route. No-touch freight with 3–4 loads per week and about 3 stops per load.

Starting pay is 0.62–0.71 CPM plus a 3% safety bonus. This is a 24/7 account requiring night driving. Trucks are parked at PHX or Colton, CA, with full medical and dental after 60 days, plus PTO and a 401(k) with matching.

Formación

• Drivers must have 3 months or more of verifiable Class A experience in the last 6 months or 6 months in the last 12 months. Can be local, regional or OTR
• If you have six months or less of Class A experience you may not have more than 2 jobs in the last 6 months. All others will be evaluated but no more than 7 in the last 12 months
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months and no more than 3 in the last three years with none of those being major such as careless, inattentive or reckless.
• No more than three preventable accidents in the last three years if there was no injury or a rollover. Those accidents must be 5 years old.
• If you have been terminated from your last two jobs, you do not qualify and if you have been terminated for stolen goods you are ineligible. All others will be reviewed.

Responsabilidades

• Run dedicated account from Phoenix to Southern California with 3–4 loads per week and ~3 stops per load.
• No-touch freight; deliveries unloaded by customer at docks.
• Home two days during the week and a 34-hour reset.
• Park truck at PHX or Colton, CA facilities.
• After 60 days, full medical and dental coverage with PTO and 401(k) matching.
