Job description

Location: Florence, KY & Cincinnati, OH

Position: Regional CDL Class A Driver

Pay and Schedule

• $26.00 / hour – Day Shift
• $27.00 / hour – Afternoon Shift (start time between 2:00 PM and Midnight)
• $0.50 pay increase per year of service (cap at $30.00 / hour)
• Average shifts: 10–12 hours per day
• Overtime paid after 55 hours

This is a regional driving position operating throughout the Midwest with consistent dry van freight. Drivers in this role will be assigned a dedicated tractor and must be comfortable spending nights in the truck when required based on scheduling and routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer safely and efficiently on regional routes
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any issues

• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation in accordance with DOT regulations
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with customers and dispatch
