Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL truck drivers for an over-the-road (OTR) position, including new CDL school graduates ready to launch their driving career. Trainees spend 4–6 weeks with an experienced trainer before running independently, hauling 53' dry van trailers.

Lanes cover the Central US, with weekend home time and 100% no-touch freight. You may drive day or night; expect 1,700–2,400 miles weekly and a range of pay options, with full benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours).
• Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years.
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years.
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate over-the-road driving for 53' dry van trailers.
• Follow lanes covering Central US, with routes to KS, PA, MN, GA.
• Home weekly on weekends; shift options available.
• Handle day or night driving as required; comply with regulations.

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL Truck Drivers for an over-the-road (OTR) position, welcoming new CDL school graduates ready to launch their driving career. Drivers with under six months of experience will begin with a 4-6 week training period alongside an experienced trainer before running independently, hauling 53' dry van trailers.

Job Details

• Running lanes covering the Central US, extending west to Kansas, east to Pennsylvania, north to Minnesota, and south to Georgia
• 100% no-touch freight in 53' dry van trailers, mix of drop and hook and live load/unload
• Home weekly on weekends
• Shift options of Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday
• Must be willing to drive during day or night hours
• Average weekly mileage of approximately 1,700 to 2,400 miles

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,100 to $1,700 per week
• $0.56 to $0.64 per mile based on experience
• Trainee pay of $650+ per week for 4-6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months of experience
• $15 stop pay
• Monthly safety bonus of $0.06 per mile for drivers exceeding 9,200 miles, maintaining an accident-free record, and achieving 7 mpg or better
• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off

Requirements
