Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is actively seeking Class A CDL drivers for regional dry van routes along the Eastern Seaboard. CDL graduates are encouraged to apply, and drivers with less than six months of experience may receive structured training with an experienced driver.

This position features 100% no-touch freight, around 2,500 miles per week, and biweekly home time. Trainee pay starts at $650+ weekly during 4–6 weeks of training, with comprehensive benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of training
• At least six months of driving experience in the past year and at least one year in the past three years
• Fairly clean driving record with no major incidents past five years
• No DUI in past five years and no felony or misdemeanor in past 10 years
• Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% no-touch dry van freight on regional routes along the Eastern Seaboard
• Manage approximately 2,500 miles per week with biweekly home time
• Meet both daytime and nighttime driving requirements and complete training if new to the role

Compensation And Benefits

• 1,200–$1,400 a week
• $0.55–$0.65 per mile, based on experience
• $15 per stop
• $0.06-per-mile safety bonus for drivers who maintain a qualifying safety record and achieve 7 MPG
• Trainee pay of $650 or more per week during the 4–6-week training period

Job Details

• Biweekly home time: typically 12 days on the road followed by 2 days at home
• Drivers must be available for both daytime and nighttime driving
• Drivers with less than six months of experience complete 4–6 weeks with a trainer
• One-day orientation at the closest hub based on the driver’s location
• Orientation pay of $300

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A CDL
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours of training
• At least six months of driving experience within the past year and at least one year within the past three years
• Generally stable 10-year work history, excluding school or training periods, with no major unexplained gaps
• Fairly clean driving record, including no major accidents, tickets, or license suspensions within the past five years
• No DUI convictions within the past five years
• No felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 10 years
• Must not have been terminated from the most recent job
• Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
