Job summary

Roehl Transport, Inc. in Dixon, IL seeks a Class A CDL truck driver for our over the road flatbed fleet. You will haul freight mostly east of I-35, with loads that may pass through any of the lower 48 states and Canada.

Expect flexible home time, typically 11–14 days out followed by 3 days at home. No flatbed experience is required; Roehl offers on-the-job cargo securement training. You can earn extra by training other drivers or referring candidates, and Roehl pays for cargo securement training

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety regulations.
• This is a Class A CDL truck driving job. On-the-job training may be available.

Responsibilities

• Operate truck to transport goods to designated locations.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
• Follow traffic laws and regulations.
