Qualifications

• Must possess a Class A CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Must pass a D.O.T. Physical.
• Must pass a DOT Pre-employment drug test.
• Minimum one year, 100,000 miles driving experience – preferred, but not required.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate a gasoline or diesel-powered tractor-trailer to transport and deliver products safely and efficiently.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the tractor and trailer.
• Check load and secure to DOT regulations; ensure load is safe and legal before moving.
• Drive to customer locations and return to the distribution center.
• Assist receivers in unloading and loading as needed.
• Maintain driver logs and inspection reports per DOT regulations.
• Maintain professional image and good housekeeping.
• Be able to work flexible schedule with occasional overnights.
