Job summary

JDM EXPEDITE INC in the United States is seeking experienced Company Truck Drivers to operate company-provided Freightliner Cascadia trucks, hauling dry van freight. Drivers will be hired as 1099 contractors, with the company providing equipment and support. Compensation includes up to 0.80 CPM, paid on loaded and empty miles, plus referral and safety bonuses. Trucks are modern, DOT compliant, and assignments are first-come, first-served based on availability.

Qualifications

• CDL required and valid.
• Clean, safe driving record.
• Must meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Previous commercial driving experience preferred.
• Reliable communication and professional work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the assigned commercial motor vehicle.
• Complete loads and deliveries on schedule.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs and required documentation.
• Follow DOT regulations and safety procedures.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers.
