Job summary

LEM Trucking is seeking a CDL-A driver to run regional Arizona and California lanes with weekly home time and steady miles between Phoenix and key West Coast destinations.

You will handle predominantly no-touch freight with planned dispatch to maintain consistent weekly pay and minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 12 months tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
• Must be able to run Arizona and California regional lanes.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional AZ/CA lanes with scheduled freight.
• Maintain 2,000–2,250 miles per week with consistent downtime.
• Stay in non-touch freight environment, load/unload via drop-and-hook when possible.

CDL-A Truck Driver – Weekly Home Time | Steady Miles

Weekly Pay – $1,100 to $1,400
Home Time – Weekly reset
Freight Type – Regional AZ / CA

Drivers in this fleet run scheduled freight between Arizona and California with dispatch planned ahead to keep miles consistent and downtime low. This position fits Class A CDL drivers looking for reliable weekly pay, no-touch freight, and equipment that stays ready to run.

Driver Snapshot

• Weekly home time with full reset
• 2,000–2,250 miles per week
• 99% no-touch freight
• Late-model International, Freightliner, and Kenworth trucks
• Paid orientation with travel and hotel provided

Most loads are drop-and-hook or live unload, allowing drivers to stay moving without long delays.
