Job summary

MedTrans, Medline's private fleet, seeks a Class A CDL driver to transport lifesaving medical products on local routes. You will build positive customer relationships, ensure timely, accurate deliveries, and comply with safety regulations.

Pace includes a late-evening start and a 200‑mile radius with potential for a sign-on bonus. Typical duties include loading, securing cargo, and maintaining drivers logs while adhering to federal/state requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Class A CDL required to operate assigned vehicle.
• Must meet Federal and State requirements for operating CMVs.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck.
• Safely operate a Class A vehicle between the Facility and customer destinations.
• Unload and deliver product at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide in-person support to the customer and deliver documentation upon delivery.
• Communicate with dispatching team regarding route or schedule adjustments.

Job Summary

MedTrans is Medline's private fleet of professional drivers delivering lifesaving medical products directly to commercial and residential customers. The fleet has 1,900+ trucks, newer equipment, 50+ distribution centers, and offers 1‑day shipping to 95% of the United States.

About the Position

The Driver will operate a Class A vehicle to transport life‑saving medical products to local customers. The driver plays a critical role in building positive relationships by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries.

Rate of Pay: $30.00 per hour. Eligible for a $3,000 sign‑on bonus.

Location: Lacey, WA. Late evening start between 7 PM and 11 PM, covering a 200‑mile radius. Touch‑freight position delivering to hospitals and urgent care clinics. Must be willing to work either a Saturday or Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck.
• Safely operate a Class A vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations, abiding by safety regulations.
• Unload and deliver product at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide in‑person support to the customer, addressing questions and providing documentation upon delivery.
• Communicate with dispatching team regarding route or schedule adjustments to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a travel and cargo log according to Federal and State regulations and company policy.
• Perform vehicle inspection to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Class A CDL, licensed to operate assigned vehicle.
• Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for operating commercial motor vehicles.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary

Expected range: $25.00 – $36.25 per hour, depending on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities.
