Valor is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a regional dedicated account. Trainees and experienced drivers welcome, with home weekends and a 34-hour reset. You'll haul no-touch freight, including drop-and-hook and live unload, across routes as far west as Kansas and east to Pennsylvania.
Base pay ranges from $0.56–$0.65 per mile depending on experience, plus up to $0.08 per mile in monthly bonuses. Trainees earn $900/week during a 56-week training period, with $300 for orientation.
Class A CDL Trainees Home Every Weekend (Full Time) Types of Jobs: Dedicated Account
Hiring Class A CDL drivers for a regional account experienced drivers and recent trucking school grads welcome. You'll be home every weekend for your 34-hour reset, running 1,7002,400 miles per week hauling no-touch freight (drop-and-hook and live unload).
Pay ranges from $0.56$0.65 per mile depending on experience, plus up to $0.08/mile in monthly safety and productivity bonuses averaging $1,100$1,600 per week. Trainees earn $900/week during a 56 week training period at the $0.56 base rate (bonuses not included). You'll also get $300 for completing a 2-day orientation, with travel and food covered.
Routes run as far west as Kansas, south as Georgia, east as Pennsylvania, and north as Minnesota. Trucks are mostly Freightliner Cascadias, two years old or newer. Experienced drivers can bring a rider (12 or older) and a pet (40 lbs or less) starting day one; trainees can do the same after finishing training. Full benefits medical, dental, vision, PTO, and more kick in after 30 days.
To qualify, you must hold a valid Class A license from the state of your current residency.
You can't have been terminated from a Class A driving job in the last 12 months, or more than once in the last 5 years.
Your driving record shouldnt show no more than one at-fault or DOT-recordable accident in the last 2 years, and no major DOT-recordable accidents (rollover, jackknife, etc.) in the last 5 years rear-end accidents must be at least a year old.
No more than two moving violations in the last two years and no major moving violations in the last year-this applies to CMV and Private vehicles.
