Job summary

USALCO, LLC is hiring a Class A x CDL Driver with Tanker endorsement to operate tractor-tankers and deliver chemical products to customer sites across varied locales. Emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork with strong communication across Transportation, Manufacturing and Safety teams.

Eligible candidates must meet DOT standards, maintain logs, and have or obtain a TWIC within 90 days. A $3,500 sign-on bonus is offered along with full benefits and opportunity for overtime.

Qualifications

• Organizational and planning skills are required.
• Dependable, flexible and able to respond on short notice to satisfy customers.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Must pass a road test administered by USALCO.
• Must be able to maintain a driver's log book / onboard computer with electronic logging system.
• Must have a TWIC card or obtain one within 90 days after hire.

Responsibilities

• Meet all safety requirements and wear PPE.
• Follow DOT and USALCO hours of service, pre-/post trips, and related policies.
• Load and unload chemical products, including transfer, QA documentation and COA as required.
• Attend monthly safety meetings.
• Communicate professionally with employees, contractors, vendors and customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance in a company uniform.
• Coordinate with site management to determine needs and priorities.
• Work overtime and perform related non-driving tasks as directed.
