Amanwithaplanservices is seeking drivers for Major Carrier Nationwide Fleet in the Southwest Regional Reefer sector. Expect 10–14 days out, paid on all miles, and a trainee program for those with no prior experience. TWIC card is required and carrier assistance is provided to obtain it.

Must have CDL and completion of at least 120 hours of school in the past 6 months, or 1 year of OTR experience in the last 3 years. No tickets on MVR, no criminal history, and no major violations.

Qualifications

• CDL is required and must be current.
• OTR tractor-trailer experience within last 3 years.
• TWIC card required (carrier will assist in obtaining).
• No tickets on MVR and no criminal history or major violations.
• Trainees welcome with no experience.
• Completion of at least 120 hours of truck driving school or 6 months OTR experience required for certain tracks.

Responsabilités

• Drive 53' Tractor Trailer on regional reefer lanes.
• Out 10–14 days with 1 day off for every 6 days out (max 4 days).
• Drop & Hook with live load/unload; no touch freight.
• Maintain logbooks and comply with safety regulations.
• Get paid on all miles driven and per-stop compensation.

Must Have 1 year 53' Tractor Trailer OTR experience in last 3 years
Or
Must Have 6 months OTR Tractor Trailer and 120 Hours from accredited Truck Driving School
Or
Trainees must not have ANY experience

No Tickets on MVR

MUST possess a CDL and have completion of at least 120 hour school in the past 6 months

NO Criminal history or drug or alcohol violations .
No preventable accidents or moving violations in a lifetime

• CDL address must match hiring area

No Sap Drivers- Urine drug screen

*Trainees (Within 6 Months of CDL school complete and NO EXPERIENCE)
$700 Flat rate during training (4 weeks)

• 2200 - 2400 miles per week

Starting Pay- $0.50 CPM
After 6 Months of Service- $0.51 CPM
After 12 Months of Service- $0.52 CPM
Experienced pay
2 Years exp or less- $0.56 CPM
3-4 Years exp- $0.57 CPM
5-6 Years exp - $0.58 CPM
7+ Years exp- $0.59
$20.00 per stop
2200-2400 miles per week
$1200-$1400 weekly average!
