Job summary

Velocity TruckingPros LLC is seeking a Dedicated Regional Class A CDL Driver for a 100% touch freight role across IN, MI, IL, OH, and WI. Home 3–4x/week with a $2,500 sign-on and strong weekly earnings potential.

You'll handle high-volume mileage pay, early AM deliveries, and 1100 miles per week over 3–5 stops per run in a 100% touch freight environment with late-model equipment and paid orientation. Full benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Minimum 3 months verified tractor-trailer experience in the last 36 months.
• Must reside in the Great Lakes regional hiring area.
• Requires verified secure parking (guarded lot or camera-monitored facility) for truck and trailer during home time.
• Physical capacity for manual box-by-box unloading in extreme weather conditions.
• Bring 2 weeks of personal gear to orientation.
• Clean driving record and clear background check (Not SAP friendly).

Hiring Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated retail account covering IN, MI, IL, OH, and WI. Enjoy high-volume mileage pay, steady home time throughout the week, and top-end activity earnings.

Position Highlights

• Earnings: $1,700–$1,850/week average (Top earners make $2,200/wk | $80,000–$115,000+ yearly potential)
• CPM Scale: $0.85 (3–11 mos) | $0.86 (12–23 mos) | $0.87 (24–35 mos) | $0.88 (36+ mos) — All-in pay reaches up to $1.76/mile including accessorials
• Activity & Bonus Pay: $335 per trailer unload | $30 backhaul pay | $2,500 Sign-On Bonus ($250 at 1st load, 30, 60 days; $500 at 90 days; $250 at 120, 150 days; $750 at 180 days)
• Home Time & Schedule: Home 3–4 times per week (typically every other day for 10-hour rest breaks) | Early AM deliveries requiring overnight driving | Night, weekend, and holiday shifts required
• Freight & Handling: 100% driver touch (box-by-box offloading using roller ramps) | ~3 loads/week (~1,110 miles/wk) across 3–5 stops per run
• Equipment & Onboarding: Late-model Freightliners, Internationals, and Kenworths | Paid 1-week ride-along orientation ($150/day) | Full benefits after 60 days + paid vacation starting at 1 year
