Job summary

DLM Pro is seeking a CDL-A driver for a semi-local Macy's account based in Tukwila, WA. You will haul Macy's merchandise in dry van and pup trailers to locations across Washington, Oregon and Idaho.

This role features an assigned sleeper tractor, a modern well-maintained fleet, and consistent year-round freight. It offers stability, long-term career growth, and the opportunity to perform drop-and-hook and occasional live unload deliveries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of Class A CDL driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL with doubles endorsement required within 60 days of hire.
• Strong safety record and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to safely operate in mountain and winter weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Haul Macy's merchandise in dry van and pup trailers from Tukwila, WA to stores in WA, OR, and ID.
• Operate semi-local dedicated account with drop-and-hook and live unload freight.
• Deliver to Boise, ID about twice per week.
• Expect approximately 3 drop-and-hook stops per week and occasional liftgate deliveries.
• Maintain assigned sleeper trucks and support other accounts as needed.

Job Details

• Semi-local dedicated account
• Haul Macy's merchandise in dry van and pup trailers
• Deliver throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho
• Approximately 10% of loads utilize doubles
• Deliver to Boise, ID approximately twice per week
• Combination of drop-and-hook and customer live unload freight
• Average 3 drop-and-hook stops per week
• Average 1 live unload stop per week
• Dedicated customer freight network

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

Special Requirements

• Drivers must obtain a Doubles endorsement within 60 days of hire
• Must be willing and able to install tire chains when weather conditions require
• One delivery location requires driver unloading using a liftgate
• Liftgate deliveries average approximately two times per week
• Drivers will assist other DCS/J.B. Hunt accounts as needed
• Drivers can expect to support other accounts approximately one day per week
