Job summary

The Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Class A CDL Route Delivery Driver for a home market role in the Cincinnati/Erlanger area.

You will deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate products at customer accounts, stock shelves, and face products in coolers and displays. Responsibilities include organizing back rooms, maintaining equipment appearance, building customer relationships, and ensuring safety and compliance with QA standards.

Job Overview

This position reports out of Erlanger, KY. The role is a Class A CDL Route Delivery Driver in a Home Market, part of CCCI's Direct Store Delivery (DSD) system. It involves efficient delivery, unloading, and merchandising of products at customer accounts, stocking and facing products on shelves, displays, and in coolers.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver, unload, merchandise, and rotate product in assigned accounts according to CCCI and customer standards.
• Organize and maintain the back room by stacking and arranging products neatly in the designated area.
• Ensure neat appearance of all CCCI equipment and product in assigned accounts.
• Foster relationships with account personnel and provide superior customer service.
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to CCCI quality assurance standards at every account.
• Ensure proper accounting of product, cash, and assets daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self‑motivated with a high degree of integrity; capable of performing job duties with minimal supervision promptly.
• Dependable, initiative, professional demeanor, and sound judgment.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced continuous lifting environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repetitively.
• Availability to work some weekends and holidays.
• Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising, or retail management experience (strongly preferred).

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to obtain a CDL permit and pass and maintain DOT physical requirements.
