Job summary

Onward Freight is seeking a motivated Local Class A Flatbed Driver to deliver metal to manufacturing facilities in the Liberty, MO area. This role requires a Class A CDL, flatbed experience, and at least one year of Class A driving experience.

You will be responsible for securing loads and maintaining a safe offload process. The schedule runs Sunday through Thursday with night starts around 8pm and typically 10–12 stops per day, delivering to Lincoln, NE and returning to Kansas City as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL.
• Flatbed experience required.
• At least 1 year of Class A driving experience requested.

Responsibilities

• Deliver metal to Lincoln, NE and return to Kansas City with drop-and-hook and empty trailer.
• Secure loads by strapping as needed.

We are looking for a motivated LocalClass A Flatbed Driver to deliver metal to manufacturing facilities. Duties ofthe Class A Flatbed driver include strapping product down, tarping whennecessary, making sure correct product is off loaded. The ideal candidateshould have a Class A CDL license, flatbed experience and at least one year of ClassA driving experience. If you have previous experience with a Class A license,we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• v Will deliver metal to Lincoln, NE. Will drop and hook and empty trailer to return Kansas City
• v Will have to strap down load to makesure it is secure
• v Will have to tarp before leaving
• v Sunday – Thursday ONLY
• v Will start around 8pm and make about 10-12stops per day
