Physical Requirements

This is a highly physical and labor-intensive position.

• Driver unloads freight at retail locations
• Freight is unloaded using conveyor systems and roller ramps
• Average 50 to 300 boxes per stop
• Average 500 to 700 boxes per trailer
• Boxes may weigh between 2 and 100 pounds
• Average box weight is 30 to 60 pounds
• Occasional use of a pallet jack to move palletized freight

Schedule

• Home every night
