Koch Trucking in Carmel, Indiana seeks a Class A CDL Flatbed Driver for a dedicated shale division. You’ll operate flatbed equipment across regional routes, with home time typically 7–10 days depending on location and dispatch.

Starting pay is competitive per mile, with weekly earnings and performance bonuses. Orientation pay is provided, plus a $2,000 hiring bonus and per-stop pay such as $30 stop, $25 securement, and $75 tarps.

• Starting pay: $0.67 CPM
• Average weekly pay: $1,599
• Top performer weekly pay: $1,854
• Home time: Out 7-10 days based on location
• Orientation Pay: $1,000 (first dispatch)
• Hiring bonus: $2,000
• Stop pay: $30/stop
• Securement pay:$25/stop
• Tarp pay: $75/stop
• Over dimensional pay:
  • $75-$200 based on miles
  • $400 for any load over 64K
• $100 for each loaded border crossing for drivers who choose to go to Canada

All trucks are 3 years old or newer - average age of truck fleet is 16 months
