National Trench Safety is seeking an Equipment Transport - Class A CDL Driver in Pittsburgh, PA. This role involves the safe and efficient interstate transportation of heavy equipment, loading and unloading rental gear, and assisting branch operations when not driving.

Candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, maintain DOT compliance, and be able to handle varying weather and road conditions while ensuring timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years interstate heavy equipment hauling experience.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSR regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to travel overnight as required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A vehicles for interstate equipment transport.
• Load and secure trench shoring and related equipment.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain logs.
• Coordinate with branches and customers to schedule deliveries.
• Assist with yard duties when not on the road.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA safety policies.
