Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our Southwest regional fleet operating across California. This full‑time, W2 position offers steady year‑round freight, mostly dry van, high‑efficiency drop‑and‑hook, and predictable weekly home time.

Weekly pay ranges from $1,200 to $1,500 plus cents‑per‑mile earnings, detention and breakdown pay. Home time is weekly (about 5 to 5.5 days out) with 34‑ to 48‑hour resets, and take‑home truck privileges during weekly home time.

We arecurrently hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers residing across California for our Southwest regional fleet. This position offers consistent mileage, predictable weekly home time, and steady dry van freight on well-supported lanes. Pay & Compensation

• Weekly Earnings: $1,200 - $1,500 average weekly pay
• Mileage Pay: Competitive cents-per-mile (CPM) rates paid on all miles (loaded and empty)
• Supplemental Pay: Detention and breakdown pay at $20.00 per hour
• Classification: Full-time, W2 position with steady year-round freight

Schedule & Home Time

• Home Time: Home weekly for your reset (typically 5 to 5.5 days out on the road)
• Reset Duration: Reliable 34 to 48-hour reset at home
• Operating Area: Regional routes running primarily throughout the Southwestern states

Freight & Equipment

• Freight Type: Dry van, 100% no-touch freight
• Operation: High-efficiency drop-and-hook (approximately 70%), with remaining loads being live load/unload
• Equipment: Newer, well-maintained Kenworth, Freightliner, and International models
• Convenience: Take-home truck privileges allowed during your weekly home time

Minimum Requirements

• License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months of verifiable Class A tractor-trailer driving experience
• Recent Activity: Must have verifiable commercial driving activity within the last 90 days
• Safety & Background: Must meet standard Department of Transportation (DOT) safety, background, and drug/alcohol screening requirements. Prior safety infractions, accidents, or criminal history are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in compliance with applicable local laws.
