Job summary

Valor is seeking Class A CDL truck drivers for OTR van runs with no touch freight and flexible home time. Earn about $1,500 per week with home time every 2–3 weeks, and a weekly cadence that supports two home days when possible. Trucks are rotated periodically and benefits start after 60 days, including PTO and medical/dental/life coverage.

You must have 3+ months of recent Class A experience, limit previous driving jobs, and avoid disqualifying incidents to qualify for this full-time role.

Qualifications

• 3 months+ verifiable Class A experience in the last 12 months or 6 months in the last 24 months.
• No more than 2 Class A driving jobs in the last year.
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months and no more than 3 in the last three years; no preventable accidents with injury/rollover in five years.
• If terminated from last two driving jobs, not eligible until another driving job is secured; no theft-related terminations.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A trucks on OTR routes with no touch freight.
• Maintain driving safety and compliance; manage time and home-time expectations.
• Rotate trucks and secure timely deliveries; adhere to company home-time policy.

Types of Jobs: OTR Van

Class A CDL Truck Drivers earn $1500/WK on no touch freight with no Northeastern freight. While drivers will get through the house weekly (this is not your reset, it may just be for a 10 hour reset or in between loads but we strive to get you through the once a week) drivers get full home time every 2-3 weeks for one day at home for every week out.

The average pay on this account is $1500/WK with CPM ranging from .45-.555CPM.

Trucks are mostly freightliners and we rotate trucks out every three years. We also run some Internationals and Peterbilts but most are Freightliners.

Drivers may take the truck home with them during home time and drivers can bank home time by staying out longer.

Requirements:
