Job summary

Bear Environmental in Central Ohio is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to join our field team. You will safely operate vacuum tanker and 26’ box truck, load and unload, and maintain accurate delivery records. Valid tanker and hazmat endorsements with a clean driving record are required; manual transmission experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Class A CDL with tanker endorsement and hazmat, clean driving record.
Ability to drive a manual transmission.
Strong understanding of commercial driving regulations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

Safely operate the vacuum tanker and 26’ box truck.
Face-to-face interaction with clients outdoors.
Value organization, cost efficiencies, and compliance when loading and transporting waste materials.
Attention to detail in completing required manifests and maintaining equipment.
Transport goods and materials to designated locations following routes and schedules.
Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques.
Ensure all deliveries are made on time and per customer specifications.
Adhere to traffic laws, regulations and company policies while driving.
