Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking CDL-A drivers for 100% no-touch freight with 70% drop-and-hook operations. This W2 role includes full benefits, a base rate of $0.45–$0.65 per mile, and a weekly guaranteed minimum of $1,000 (most drivers earn more). A take-home truck is allowed during home time.

Home time is flexible: out 2–4 weeks, home 2–4 days, and you can choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle. Layover pay is $100/day and passenger policy is available.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL-A with at least 6 months verifiable driving experience.
• Must be on STEP 5 RTD (Return-to-Duty) of the DOT Clearinghouse.
• No-Touch Freight experience and willingness to handle drop & hook operations are advantageous.
