Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking a Class A CDL driver to safely transport goods within the OKOK Plant and between locations. The role involves moving trailers on Company property, performing routine vehicle inspections, and assisting with loading and dispatch as directed by the Warehouse Manager.

The driver will ensure loads are secured, review bills of lading, plan routes with fueling and breaks, and maintain compliance with hours of service and FMCSR regulations.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• Experience with tractor-trailer operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport goods and freight from one location to another using a truck or tractor-trailer.
• Complete a pre/post trip inspection on tractor and trailer before and after each trip to ensure safety and functionality.
• Inspect load to ensure cargo is properly loaded and secured.
• Review BOL for accuracy.
• Plan the route, fueling location, safe haven, breaks, and deliveries to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Comply with FMCSR hours of service and traffic laws.
