Job summary

Pratt Logistics in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking professional drivers for consistent freight, daily home time, and a stable career. You will operate a Class A tractor-trailer, complete inspections, and maintain DOT documentation while delivering freight on time.

We offer a competitive pay of $24 per hour plus $0.47 CPM, plus sign-on bonus of $1,500 and referral bonus of $1,000, with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Safe driving record.
• Ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Commitment to safety and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned routes.
• Deliver freight safely and on time.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain DOT and delivery documentation; communicate with dispatch and customers professionally.
• Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements.
