Job summary

Overhaul Carriers is seeking recent Class A graduates for a paid training program with a fast path to solo miles.

As a Trainee, you will receive paid training over the road and begin your solo driving career with weekly pay ranging from $1,260 to $1,500. You will learn road safety and professional conduct while building miles and experience.

For experienced drivers, the Driving Account offers 2 weeks out and 2 days home with 2,500–3,000 miles per week and ongoing communication with dispatch.

Qualifications

• Must have CDL A license.
• Recent CDL A Truck Driving School Certificate of minimum of 120 hours.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background check.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on long-haul routes while learning safe driving practices and professional road conduct.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation.
• Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.
