Triumvirate Environmental, a leading environmental services firm, seeks a Class A CDL Driver to join the Otay, CA team. You will safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials, perform inspections, maintain logs, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires safety-first mindset, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Overnight routes and overtime are common, with comprehensive benefits and training opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Willing to consent to MVR screening, background check, pre-employment physical and drug screen (THC).
• Willing to participate in random drug screening program.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate and drive commercial vehicles including tractor trailers, tankers, roll-offs and box trucks.
• Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials to disposal or recycling facilities.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and ensure safe operating condition.
• Maintain accurate digital logs and adhere to DOT regulations.
• Complete manifest paperwork accurately and timely.

Triumvirate Environmental, one of the largest environmental services firms in North America, is seeking a Class A CDL Driver for our Otay, CA team. You will safely transport hazardous and non-hazardous materials to various locations, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

This highly motivated & safety-first individual will be responsible for operating Class A commercial vehicles, conducting vehicle inspections, maintaining accurate digital logs, and adhering to safety policies and procedures.

This position reports to the Transportation Manager .

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate and drive commercial vehicles, including but not limited to tractor trailers, tankers, roll-offs, and box trucks, in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials to disposal or recycling facilities.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles, ensuring they are in safe operating condition.
• Maintain accurate digital logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repair status, following all applicable DOT regulations.
• Complete all required manifest paperwork and documentation accurately
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials as needed.
• Properly secure load to ensure safe & compliant transportation of materials
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to maintain industry knowledge and skills.
• This role requires availability to work overnight routes

Basic Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Class ACommercial Driver's License.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation
• Must be willing to consent to Motor Vehicle Record screening, criminal background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen (inclusive of THC)
• Upon employment, you will be required to participate in a random drug screening program (inclusive of THC) as part of our company’s commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds on a regular basis
• Must be willing to work flexible hours within the work week (Monday through Friday)
• Ability to work overtime on a regular basis
• The Driver position frequently handles hazardous chemicals and biological waste.This role is considered safety-sensitive
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without future sponsorship

Preferred Requirements:

• Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles is required.
• Previous experience in environmental services or related field
