Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions in Florida is seeking a CDL Driver for our private fleet. You will be the final link in our customer service chain, delivering products safely and on time while representing the company in every delivery.

The role offers a regional Sunday-Thursday schedule, a sign-on bonus up to $3,500, a safety bonus program, paid vacation and holidays, competitive benefits, 401(k), and overtime opportunities beyond 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• At least 23 years old.
• Minimum 1-year on the road experience.
• Willingness to move freight up to 55 pounds.
• Valid Medical card with at least 90 days until expiration.
• No more than 1 DOT recordable accident in last 3 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years.
• No DUIs in last 5 years.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable motor vehicle record.

• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency.
• A Hazardous Materials Endorsement on CDL is preferred but not required.
• Maintains all required company paperwork.
• Follows all State & Federal regulations per Department of Transportation standards.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English
• Must be able to comply with all established rules and policies (safety, production, etc.).
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work any shift and work time as needed.
• Must be able to maintain an acceptable attendance record.
