Job summary

Blue Fox TR is seeking Class A CDL drivers for no-touch freight on an OTR Van schedule. Drivers run 21 days out and 9 days home, with home time built into the cycle. The role pays $90k–$112k per year, depending on experience, with 65–70 CPM when hazmat is involved.

Trucks are Freightliners, KW, or Internationals; full benefits start after 60 days, including bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401K. Night driving is common and turnover remains low.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 months OTR or regional in the last 3 years with two of those months in winter conditions (Dec–Feb).
• No DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years and no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate 100% no touch freight on OTR routes.
• Adhere to safety policies, manage logs, and complete deliveries on schedule.
