LEM Trucking is hiring for a Class A CDL Truck Driver position in Richmond, Virginia, offering consistent OTR mileage with opportunities for earnings growth. Drivers average between $1,200 and $1,600 per week while running approximately 2,500 to 3,000 miles.
Qualified drivers become eligible for a guaranteed weekly pay program after completing the first 30 days. Compensation is also reviewed quarterly, creating opportunities for performance based pay increases as drivers build time with the fleet.
This operation includes a reset every other week along with six additional days off each month. The schedule gives drivers regular opportunities to step away from the road while maintaining the mileage associated with an OTR position.
A Class A CDL Truck Driver can expect year round dry van freight supported by established load availability.
Freight is 100 percent no touch and includes both drop and hook assignments and scheduled live load or unload appointments. Drivers are not responsible for physically handling cargo.
Each Class A CDL Truck Driver receives an assigned 2020 or newer Kenworth T680 equipped with an APU and power inverter for added comfort during extended trips.
Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, company paid life insurance, and earned vacation. Paid orientation lasts approximately three days, with qualifying orientation expenses covered during onboarding.
Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least three months of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience within the previous three years. Drivers must satisfy applicable company safety and qualification requirements.
