Job summary

Cpflexpack is hiring a professional truck driver to operate company tractors and trailers, moving products between facilities and to customer sites. This hands-on role requires safe, timely transport and coordination with other departments to maximize uptime and accuracy.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, equipment maintenance, and adherence to SOPs and DOT regulations. A valid Class A CDL and forklift experience are required, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Prior forklift experience required.
• Knowledge of PA driving laws.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Knowledge of warehousing and bar‑coding systems is a plus.
• Intermediate to Advanced Computer Skills is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office package software is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail is essential.

Responsibilities

• Moves material between buildings using tractor trailer.
• Maintains all Company equipment to ensure safe, efficient and trouble-free condition.
• Safe loading/unloading, movement and storage of raw, WIP and finished materials.
• Ability to operate dock handling equipment (stand-up lifts, sit-down lifts, pallet jacks, etc).
• Ensures maintenance of vehicles, trailers and associated equipment is being performed and that all equipment is kept in safe operating condition.
• Complies with all general Company SOPs and department SOPs.
