Bunzl North America is seeking a dedicated Class A CDL driver for routes in and around Romeoville, IL. You will operate a tractor-trailer, perform inspections, and ensure on-time deliveries with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.

Qualified candidates have a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Competitive pay at $29.50/hr, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Requires Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of DOT and ELD regulations.
• Ability to pass background check and drug tests; maintain active medical card.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive Class A tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Deliver goods to local and long-distance customer locations.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain logs and ensure timely submission of paperwork.
• Manage cargo loading/unloading and secure items.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Report vehicle issues to management.
