Job summary

Bunzl is seeking a reliable Class A driver to join our nationwide delivery team. You will operate tractor-trailers, perform safety inspections, and ensure timely deliveries to local and long-distance customer locations.

By maintaining a clean driving record, complying with DOT regulations, and providing excellent service, you will help Bunzl uphold its trusted partner status and continue growing our North American operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Clean driving record per fleet safety standards.
• Ability to operate and navigate a variety of commercial vehicles.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and load/unload as needed.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and ELD compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate a Class A tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Deliver goods locally and over long distances to customer locations.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean driving record and timely logs/paperwork.
• Manage cargo loading/unloading and ensure items are secured.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance issues are reported to management.
