Job summary

Builders FirstSource in Duluth, GA is seeking a CDL Class A Delivery Driver to transport and deliver materials to customer sites. You will load, secure, and unload products, verify orders, maintain logs, and act as a courteous, professional liaison with customers while complying with DVIR and HOS rules.

This role requires a valid Class A CDL, DOT medical card, clean MVR, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds frequently. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and Class A CDL.
• DOT medical card within five days of request.
• Good MVR; ability to pass background checks.
• Basic math and measurement skills; ability to read English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders to specified delivery site and secure cargo.
• Load/unload materials and operate loading equipment as needed.
• Maintain logs of deliveries, mileage, and item counts for accuracy.
• Serve as a customer service liaison between Builders FirstSource and site personnel.
• Perform safety checks and keep delivery vehicles clean and functional.
• Use handheld devices to document and communicate delivery details in compliance with DVIR/HOS.
