Job summary

LEM Trucking is seeking Class A CDL drivers to join our close-knit team. Home every weekend for a minimum of 34 hours and the chance to drive newer Peterbilt trucks.

Great pay: $1,500–$1,800 per week with CPM plus incentive bonuses. Trucks are 2021 or newer Peterbilt 579s with APUs, inverters and refrigerators.

Full benefits start after 60 days, including medical, dental and vision, plus a 401(k) with match. Paid orientation, a family atmosphere, and routes across all 48 states.

Qualifications

• 2 years of Class A CDL tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
• Safety-focused and compliant with regulations.
• Willing to run regional, OTR and all 48 states.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailer on regional/OTR routes.
• Haul dedicated dry van freight with no-touch or driver-assist where applicable.
• Maintain safety and compliance with all regulations.
